Shared documents do not sync reliably, waste of time

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Does a lot in one package, although I didn't test out lots of the functions. What aspects are problematic or could work better? What do you like best? The dashboard visibility and ease of use for most of the features. Bitrix offers full CRM customer activity tracking and team collaboration. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy set up and onboarding, I really enjoy that. It has a large online based community which works well with my company. I like how I don't need to use MS office with it. and that there is an app. What do you dislike? I find it highly expensive, which makes it difficult for me to not view other alternatives.
