Bitrix is ideal for social communication.

Superb so far
What do you like best? The most helpfull thing i noticed in bitrix24 is their open channel features. What do you dislike? The only dislike in bitrix24 is that it is a bit hard to learn What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can easily divide the task in our team through it.

Great for Deal Tracking!
What do you like best? I like being able to track deals in a pipeline with the Kanban-style view. I am able to get a birds' eye view of the deals I have in play and how much money is in my pipeline. I like how I am able to customize the deals and the pipeline to fit my needs. Although it's an unnecessary feature, I like the custom backgrounds. I especially appreciate being able to use the freemium model without having to upgrade. What do you dislike? I dislike the integration with ...

Bitrix24 very complete tool
What do you like best?
