Great idea, some flaws to fix

What do you like best? I liked the organizational aspect of Bitrix24. As a project manager, I was able to have my own page for every different project and I could sort all my communication there. What do you dislike? I didn't like some of the graphics, they felt cheap and like I couldn't trust the program.
