Could not regret this purchase more
Links disappeared from my dashboard, meaning I couldn't track analytics, which was the whole point of buying the subscription. I've put in THREE tickets over THREE WEEKS with zero response. There is no phone # to call. Next step: demanding a refund. Such a scam.

What do you like best about Bitly? I've found Bitly to be a reliable URL shortener for adding long share links to printed documents. Links from various social and digital media platforms can be pretty long and loaded with random numbers and letters (for a good reason), but sharing those links through printed documents can be a pain for the person trying to type the link into an address bar. Bitly solves this issue by turning the long link into a compact link that's easy to type into any browser.

Does a great job in addressing the need for shorter URLs
PROS: For such a simple tool, bitly does a great service in addressing the need to get URLs shortened, especially in some social networking sites with character limits or even just for the sake of good presentation. You also get to save those shortened URLs for future use, bookmark or even share them. The integration with Chrome browser allows me to just simply copy and paste a URL link for easy converstion to smaller URL.

What do you like best about Bitly? All you have to do is a simple copy/paste to shorten a URL. I use the free version several times a week for social media posts, and it's super easy.
