What do you like best about Bitly? 1. Bitly has a cool and easy-to-understand user interface. 2. Bitly doesn't show any random ads while opening the links, that is the best thing I like about Bitly.

What do you like best about Bitly? I can name my links so that as soon as I look at them I know exactly which links I need. Besides, I can create shortened links in bulk, saving me a lot of time and work more effectively.

AVOID !!!
My advice to anybody looking to integrate a link shortening service into their service offering is to avoid using Bit.ly and to source an alternative provider. Bit'ly have a very can't do attitude towards problem solving as opposed to having a can do attitude. This is very unlike most modern day tech companies. Disappointing to say the least.

What do you like best about Bitly? - Bit.ly shortens any link hence making it very easy to share with other people - Has free-to-use version. So if you are someone who does not require link shortening on a very frequent basis, you are still covered.

This used to be a good service
This used to be a good service, but like so many other firms, they have been taken over by greed and are now charging large fees for services that are free elsewhere (and which they have monetised already via tracking data). Their customer service approach also seems to involve telling customers they are wrong over and over again until they go away. Shame.

What do you like best about Bitly? The ability to see all of the user's links in one place! That may be because we all had a single user ID and a password. The site was pretty quick while navigating. UI looks simple and easy for basic stuff till you dig deep.
