What do you like best about Birdeye? I love how I can monitor reviews, and surveys while reviewing business insights all within Birdeye. It is very user-friendly with a short learning curve. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Some integration challenges will occur, more than wanted. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Birdeye? Easy tool for our company to manage and identify any customer service issues and acknowlodge our employees efforts. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I don't have any. Love able to be able to use the app to respond to situations in a timely manner. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?
