BirdEye is simply amazing

What do you like best? BirdEye is very easy to navigate and reaches out to our patients promptly. What do you dislike? BirdEye is wonderful for the purpose this office needs. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Patients get a prompt survey to review the practice while it is fresh in their mind and we have been able to make suggested improvements immediately.

What do you like best? Patient Reviews and Satisfaction Results What do you dislike? Nothing so far. We have been very pleased with their services. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Fantastic product and support. The answer is always YES and they deliver! User friendly.

What do you like best? Easy to use, easy to get assistance if needed, great visuals that I do not need to change. Our representative Rob is the best. Very responsive and always offers solutions. What do you like best? The user experience for both the sender side and the customer receiving the survey request is wonderful. BirdEye makes it so simple to send out the request for a review and easy for our customers to use to write the review. What do you like best? The ease in which my patients can leave a review. What do you dislike? Sometimes my patients don't know their passwords to get into their accounts.
