What do you like best? Its fast, east to use. Its built for a good customer experience and maximizes the time spent chasing people around for some feedback. What do you like best? Ease of use. Email and texting capability with reminders to generate review. What do you dislike? Once set up is complete, easy to implement. I was skeptical at first. But it really works, and very simple to use.
