What do you like best? The level of reporting all the way down to the Sales Professional level is great, and the support staff is very helpful. What do you dislike? When you create a ticket of a review, you have to go back into the ticketing window and assign it. I wish that you could do both at the same time. What problems are you solving with the product? Easy and convenient way to get reviews!

What do you like best? I really like that BirdEye sends the notification requesting a review to our tenants. This takes the stress away from us having to remember. Getting the notification from BirdEye that I received another review is my favorite email to receive! What do you dislike? I think the only downside to BirdEye is that the review request doesn't go out to the customer immediately after they've rented with us. Recommendations to others considering the product: None. ...

Love this!

What do you like best? We have 60 different properties and each of those have at least 3-4 marketing channels. Having birdeye has really streamlined being able to get back to customers reviews quickly and also offers some possible automation option. What do you like best? BirdEye makes testing our products unbelievably convenient for our clients. We can send a link via text or email, so that our customers can write a review quickly and easily.
