Reviews drive business. Birdeye is wonderful and gets results!

What do you like best? It gets quick results and allows people to express how pleased they were with your service. What do you dislike? That we have to put people's information in twice. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a wonderful service and is very effective. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? You can reach anyone with a cell number and email address.

Help With Reviews

What do you like best? I like how all I have to do is get them our customer emails. What do you dislike? We had issues with ownership's of our location pages that I wish they had a better connection or partnership with Google to help. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are receiving more 4 to 5 star ratings and positive written reviews. When you go from a 2 rating to a 3.9 or 4 rating that is the benefit of using Birdeye.

What do you like best? It just works. Take time to set it up well (your rep will help with this extensively) and once it is to your liking you can leave it to just do what it says it will. What do you like best? It has one of the most user-friendly interfaces, coupled with excellent customer service and support integration I've seen. Also, they were open to helping us with some API customizations which really helps our team manage and monitor reviews internally. What do you dislike?
