What do you like best? The best part is that is it seemless and it integrates with multiple platforms and multiple authorized persons. I like the fact that it portrays our organization as an advanced user of technology, and it pleases our vendors and constituents that we are committed to that quality. Finally, I think it is a great way to store and retrieve the critical documents for support, seemlessly, into our accounting platform.

What do you like best? When it comes to online programs like Bill.com customer service plays a big part, especially during the start. From personal experience Bill.com has great customer support. They are knowledgeable and seek to resolve any questions I have in an orderly and timely fashion. Once you get started with the program it is so easy to use and saves time and money for our company.

"Great for Streamlining Approval Process"
What do you like best? The system makes getting approval from multiple people much easier. Being able to pay without physically printing checks saves us so much time. Being able to connect with our employee expense system as well as our accounting system is great. It saves us time and we are able to get bills paid faster from the streamlined process.

What do you like best? Reduced our cost of operations significantly. Once configured and recurring bills are setup, the process to receive, validate, approve and pay is extremely easy.

What do you like best? I like how to easily approve invoices from our vendors and keeps them all organized in one central location. What I really enjoy, is that bill.com will send over an email reminder when I have an invoice that I need to review and approve. This helps by keeping up with invoices and making sure that we pay our vendor appropriately and in a timely manner. I like how the actual pdf of the invoice is there for me to review.
