Collection is faster, the world to us

PROS: Like many small businesses, we rely on QuickBooks for accounting. Bill.com integrates with QB almost without a hitch, which allows us to sync our transactional data and generally speed up billing. The biggest change I noticed since we automated our billing are fewer errors and faster collection, which is the world to a growing company.

Seamless integration with Netsuite

PROS: I like that it easily integrates with NetSuite, our ERP. I can send collectibles quickly to sales and vice-versa. Errors can easily be spotted and corrected as well, like when sales had pointed out a discount they committed to the client wasn't factored in. Rectifying this was done in minutes, thanks to the solid integration.

Closer communication between Finances and Sales

PROS: It used to take our finance a day or two (during payroll) to get updated on billing. Whether it's the client or sales rep, sharing of documents is manual and that took time even if both departments are on the same floor. With this app, we can take a look at the invoice in quesiton in real-time and resolve any issue right away in the comfort of our cubicle. I noticed, too, a closer cooperation (a.k.a. less antagonism) between finance and sales as a result.

One source of chart of accounts

PROS: The general interface is clean and easy to follow. No cluttering of features so I can easily organize the inbox by status or vendor, do bulk payments, schedule different payments to different vendors with a few clicks and attach support documents to invoices. I also like the ePayments feature that further streamlines our billing process.

No problem with QuickBooks integration

PROS: We don't have any problem with QuickBooks integration. Our invoices go to Bill.com, where we approve them and calendar the collection then sync it with accounting. The entire process can be streamlined with automation, very practical for recurring billing. Even bill attachments are automatically entered into the system.
