The product is just a little bit clunky
The product is just a little bit clunky. Interface is slightly dated. But for the price it is the best thing I have seen in it's category. Saves me time, saves on postage and I have not bought window envelopes in 10 years. Posts to QBO perfectly 99.5% of the time. Issuance of invoice numbers seem to be the area where I have had problems. Note that I only use Bill.com for customer billing and payment processing. If I had to pay $100 a month for the product it would be worth it in terms of ...

I love Bill.com
I love Bill.com! Best thing since sliced bread from an AP perspective. Using Bill.com was the first time I was able to be fully paperless w/ AP and I hope to never look back.

Very poor company
Very poor company. Customer service reps do not know what's going on and the company appears disorganized. There are so many other services out there. Don't waste your time with this one.
