Bill.com has been great to use for our direct deposit with payroll. the only critique I have is not being able to contact anyone via phone but most of the time I do get a prompt response via email

The product is just a little bit clunky
The product is just a little bit clunky. Interface is slightly dated. But for the price it is the best thing I have seen in it's category. Saves me time, saves on postage and I have not bought window envelopes in 10 years. Posts to QBO perfectly 99.5% of the time. Issuance of invoice numbers seem to be the area where I have had problems. Note that I only use Bill.com for customer billing and payment processing. I love Bill.com
I love Bill.com! Best thing since sliced bread from an AP perspective. Using Bill.com was the first time I was able to be fully paperless w/ AP and I hope to never look back.
