Edit to say... My invoices work fine, I need a summary to print by month. Need monthly statements! I have tried this before, but I cannot Zoom, please send a different way to communicate. Thanks!

Synch Error Hell!

Even the Bill.com technical support staff can't figure out our synch errors. Bill.com works very well on the front end reading the emailed invoice data and pretty well on the backend ACH as long as the vendors are US based. But try hooking it up to an accounting system to automate the accounting and its a total joke.

Original system was much better - "upgrades" have decreased our satisfaction

A year ago I gave Bill.com 5 stars. Now we are hovering around 2.5 to 3. It used to be a perfect system, but with the "upgrades" there have been a lot of glitches, and we are less satisfied with the system. Multiple invoice pages are making the system crash, and there is no way to attach them all without going one by one, the vendors no longer see all the invoices that are included in their checks, and there have been random upgrades to vendor direct without notifying us, as well as ...
