The product is just a little bit clunky

The product is just a little bit clunky. Interface is slightly dated. But for the price it is the best thing I have seen in it's category. Saves me time, saves on postage and I have not bought window envelopes in 10 years. Posts to QBO perfectly 99.5% of the time. Issuance of invoice numbers seem to be the area where I have had problems. Note that I only use Bill.com for customer billing and payment processing.
