Excellent for managing cash flow and vendors

We love Bill.com and rely heavily on it to manage our day-to-day cashflow. Before Bill.com, I was shuffling so much paper and losing track of what was due when. When I mailed checks, I never knew when they were going to be cashed, and sometimes my bank account got hit on precisely the wrong day. Then recording what cleared when was a pain. - Interface is changing all the time. Automatization functions are not needed (quick Save for the new items in the inbox), - Sync problems with QB desktop (to much need to manual resolve payment issues) - Inability to easy merge duplicate vendors - Invoice that has been received in the QB against PO, and subsequently changed anything (due date, description, but not the amount) is always synced as a duplicate in the QB - Problems with canceled and voided payments (bill.com falsely showing ...

Invoice approval

I’m one of three people in the approval chain. Thus I am only familiar with the process of reviewing the bills and then the approval of said bills. On average there are six bills per month that are presented for approval. So far, all bills presented have been approved. The system works great. Copies of the invoices are included with the submission. After review, a couple of clicks and your part of the approval process is complete.

Bill paying made easy!

My accountant set me up to pay our business bills through Bill.com and I absolutely love it! All I have to do is snap a photo of the bill, email it to the account they set up and then I get notified to just press a button when it's approved for payment. No more check writing!

I wish I could give a 5 but the…

I wish I could give a 5 but the customer service is lacking. The fact that you cannot get someone quickly on the phone to get something taken care of quickly is a joke. I have 2 clients who were very upset due to the way customer service is handled. The issues this has caused might make by review closer to a 3 star.
