Generally great, but one big glitch...
Bill.com has been a great tool for us. However, in April, they updated their systems and stopped sending checks for us for about two weeks. Everything showed that they had been sent, but no payments were clearing our accounts. When we called, they fixed the problem, but it required work on our part to get it resolved. If we hadn't been watching, we could have gone a long time before vendors started calling to ask why they hadn't been paid.

Bill.com really is helpful to small…
Bill.com really is helpful to small businesses. the only main drawback is that there are no two levels of approval for payments. If one can schedule payment and another person can approve it, it will be really very helpful

Excellent for managing cash flow and vendors
We love Bill.com and rely heavily on it to manage our day-to-day cashflow. Before Bill.com, I was shuffling so much paper and losing track of what was due when. When I mailed checks, I never knew when they were going to be cashed, and sometimes my bank account got hit on precisely the wrong day. Then recording what cleared when was a pain. Bill.com solved for ALL of that, and even got most of my vendors to upgrade to electronic funds transfers (something they had previously resisted). It ...

Bill paying made easy!
My accountant set me up to pay our business bills through Bill.com and I absolutely love it! All I have to do is snap a photo of the bill, email it to the account they set up and then I get notified to just press a button when it's approved for payment. No more check writing!

I wish I could give a 5 but the…
I wish I could give a 5 but the customer service is lacking. The fact that you cannot get someone quickly on the phone to get something taken care of quickly is a joke. I have 2 clients who were very upset due to the way customer service is handled. The issues this has caused might make by review closer to a 3 star.
