Bill.com used to be great but with…

Bill.com used to be great but with every new update, things that did work well have gotten comprimised. I am no longer able to print the reports the way I used to and the biggest problem is, now I can no longer use two screens to enter bills. This one issue alone has greatly increased the time it takes me to perform tasks. I have been to support (which is very unsupportive) and have been informed that this is the way it will continue to be going forward. There are many other smaller issues ...

- Interface is changing all the time. Automatization functions are not needed (quick Save for the new items in the inbox), - Sync problems with QB desktop (to much need to manual resolve payment issues) - Inability to easy merge duplicate vendors - Invoice that has been received in the QB against PO, and subsequently changed anything (due date, description, but not the amount) is always synced as a duplicate in the QB - Problems with canceled and voided payments (bill.com falsely showing ...

I inquired how one of our vendors could…

I inquired how one of our vendors could update their log in to their bill.com due to change in their employees. I was told I had to create a new vendor, send them an invite and then merge the two same vendor accounts. I figured out that if I disconnected them from epay, then send them a new invite to the new email address, they could log in and establish their bill.com and re enter the information for epay. Less work but same end.

Invoice approval

I’m one of three people in the approval chain. Thus I am only familiar with the process of reviewing the bills and then the approval of said bills. On average there are six bills per month that are presented for approval. So far, all bills presented have been approved. The system works great. Copies of the invoices are included with the submission. After review, a couple of clicks and your part of the approval process is complete.
