Works smoothly and make my AP process really fast and simpler

It works smoothly and make my AP process really fast and simpler. My vendors send their invoices directly to an email and bill.com parses that invoice and make the registration quite simple. Here is the missing star on my review: not all invoices are correctly “read”… They should improve this feature.

Old dashboard easier to navigate

I find the new (relevantly speaking) dashboard cumbersome and somewhat confusing when attaching pages from the inbox to created bills.

Good interface, but poor service

Their program is good, but their USD/GBP exchange rates are very poor. They also need to make it MUCH easier to speak to someone when you have a problem.

No way to get help easily for questions and troubleshooting. Customer service is lacking. Your system is nice but when we have questions and need help there is no easy way to speak with anyone.
