Bill.com please do not leave some apology, asking for me to contact ya'll, saying you look forward to working with me, beause I've been there and done that and ya'll were no help. I have had nothing but trouble with…

I have had nothing but trouble with bill.com I am so stressed and feel like it’s affecting my mental health , I feel depressed. I haven’t received my £500!!! I did an interview for Jellysmack ‘Unfiltered Stories’ based in US back in December 2022 and I live in UK. We did the interview via zoom and then they set up payment via bill.com I’ve sent about 50 emails back and forth to Jellysmack and they can’t help, they said the money is with bill.com all processed and deposited in limbo where i ...

My book keeper at the time set me up…

My book keeper at the time set me up with this company and what a mistake. After she left I needed help with check approvals that needed to be sent out and could only get help on line which was a complete waste of time. We will soon be paying out of Quick Books like before. Amazing how simple it is to mail a check.What a complete mess we were left with. DO NOT use bill.com or you will be sorry. The only winner in this software is bill.com.

Software is good, customer service is very weak.

I used bill.com for a previous company and it worked fine most of the time. When it didn't work well, things fell apart as their customer service is inconsistent. I changed employers and my new employer had started using it several months before. It did not sync with the accounting software and no matter how many hours I spent with bill.com help desk, they could not resolve the issue. This company is inflexible and unhelpful.

This company is inflexible when it comes to international payments. We received a payment in USD but were told we were unable for the payment to be applied to a USD account that had worked before. The conversation with support was fruitless and a waste of our time. If you're looking to simplify international payment issues, bill.com are not the company for you. They will frustrate your customers and lose you business.
