I have had nothing but trouble with…

I have had nothing but trouble with this company. They don't even have a number you can call as they say "chats can solve everything". No chats cannot. They never pay on time, and I need to change my bank account information, and their system will not let me. It has been the most complicated thing in the world. They put me on a ticket, and I was never even able to view it. No one can figure this issue out so I guess I will have to keep my old bank account open just so I can get paid. Horrible.

Finally done with this terrible service

A truly baffling experience with a service that appears to be pretty popular? We had endless sync issues, online payments not accounted for, client balances would be off leading to embarrassing overpayments. The worst part was that the only way you could reach them was through chat and it would take hours with them gaslighting you about things working. They hold your funds hostage

Bill.com has been holding a $20k payment that was made to us until we verify our account with multiple state IDs, passports, and other docs. Why should Bill.com need all of that info about us? We completed a job for our client, and they paid us, and now bill.com is holding the payment hostage as a middleman.

It’s very challenging to get help if…

It’s very challenging to get help if anything goes wrong with the payment process. You are expected to do your own research and if you contact or chat with someone it feels useless as you get the a canned response and no answers. I am trying again today. The payment says paid but I have not received it!

Bill.com please do not leave some apology, asking for me to contact ya'll, saying you look forward to working with me, beause I've been there and done that and ya'll were no help. I will definitley make sure to tell everyone my bstory, and write reviews everywhere so people will have the knowledge to make an educated decision as to whether to work with ya'll or not.
