Great Invoice Processing Platform
bill is an extremely convenient, accurate and versatile invoice processing platform. The only drawback that I have experienced is the relatively frequent user interface changes which can be a little confusing at times.

bill.com put me in an uncomfortable place with my clients and is holding payments hostage
My client uses bill.com and requested that I sign up for a free account to receive payments. After doing so, I was asked to complete a lengthy process that includes sending several highly sensitive documents (bank statements, company documents, multiple forms of identification and photos of myself) and warnings from bill.com that if I didn't provide all, I would not be able to receive the payments. Bill sends me an email ahead of time as to when I will get paid. I always receive the funds on that date which is always 3-5 days before the 1st of the month. I couldn't be happier.

This is a scam! They hold your money well say they are for a week (5 business days) Then put the money in 3 days after they git it. Charged 700 dollars for instant transfer they called it 2 days later. Then the fun really starts getting a hold of customer service they are no help this is a scam I cannot believe this is actually a business. As someone newer to Bill.com, I was initially unsure of how well it would work, as it was a company I had never heard of. But as I have used it, I enjoy the benefits of using this company as they make it super easy for direct deposit and to track when you are getting paid when an invoice is created. Definitely a great tool in the belt of contractors.

Bill.com is holding my money hostage.
Bill.com had zero clue where my money was. Even when someone from their leadership team call me, they where complety cluesless. Each time Bill.com tells you they will look into it they ask you to wait 3-5 day for a response. Where they only give you more excuses. They blame you.
