BILL is very easy to set up and receive payments. I've worked with a few other companies in the past and BILL is the only one that I give 5 Stars. There are several benefits to using BILL, the number 1 reason for me, they respond to my request immediately!

Great service for small businesses and freelancers
The interface is easy to navigate, and the customer support (Just a small thing to help me find some features after an update) was quick, friendly, and clear.

Open issues
The billing system has made a lot of features addition over the period which has made it easy to use. The interface is user friendly and easy to understand. But we have also seen an increase in the prices over the timeline. Also, we still face issue with vendor payments where multiple currencies are involved. I would love to have this feature. It also has some issues with syncing inventory based purchase orders hence the bill relating to the same need to be created in the ERP system and ...
