BILL is very easy to set up and receive payments. I've worked with a few other companies in the past and BILL is the only one that I give 5 Stars. There are several benefits to using BILL, the number 1 reason for me, they respond to my request immediately!

Bill has been an absolute dream for payroll for our independant contractors. This application is easy to use and has several references for financing sources for employees to get paid instantly.

Don't waste your time with Bill.com
Approved for a $23,000 credit line, receive card via FedX two days after approval. Set up account, go to make my first charge, declined. No explanation. 4 days later, was told they did a risk review and lowered my available credit to $3000. What a joke.

Easily search and pay bills. The workflow from entering a bill to payment is easy.

False advertisement
Advertised a promtion for a $50 Amazon gift card in exchange for a Trustpilot review. I left the review and did not receive the incentive. Contacted Bill about the issue and was given the run around.

Open issues
The billing system has made a lot of features addition over the period which has made it easy to use. The interface is user friendly and easy to understand. But we have also seen an increase in the prices over the timeline. Also, we still face issue with vendor payments where multiple currencies are involved. I would love to have this feature. It also has some issues with syncing inventory based purchase orders hence the bill relating to the same need to be created in the ERP system and ...
