What do you like best about BigTime? Brannon Hollingsworth was very thorough in walking us through the On Board 1 sessions. He was able to answer all of our questions, direct us where we can find help in the future and customize the sessions to our needs / business. Changing software is a tedious task, but I feel Brannon helped us focus on the critical areas for success. It is helpful to know that we can always reach a "human" for future support.
