Been with Big Time since 2005

Been with Big Time since 2005. Chris Princiotta is an amazing attribute to this company and to be honest if it wasn't for Chris's help these past 7 or so years we would have moved on, as this company continues to grow I hope they don't loose track of Customer service and caring about people.

Bigtime is great

We have implemented BT to manage our projects and field staff and have been extremely happy with how it has met our needs and also integrates with Quickbooks to move all of our invoicing and payables information into our accounting system. We recently had an issue with the connection to Quickbooks and the support staff at BT was very quick to address the problem which ended up being on the QB end.

"Great processes in place for on-boarding"

What do you like best about BigTime? The software definitely fits the needs of my client and is very easy to navigate. There are so many great features that we will be able to use. The budget screens for input are flexible which is great. It's also nice to be able to allocate only certain tasks to a job so employees can enter time more efficiently and accruately.

What do you like best? I've used several time entry systems over the years (e.g. Deltek, SpringAhead) and like how straightforward this system is. There is a desktop platform and mobile app and both are easier to use than what I've previously experienced. Also, for the one hurdle I had on the mobile app, Gevy C. from customer service was extremely helpful and also very polite when it was confirmed to be user error.
