Review of BigTime
Our company has been using BigTime for a month now and so far we are very pleased with the onboarding and seamless integration with QuickBooks. We wanted to adopt BT so that we could better understand how employees were spending their time. We understood billable time but needed more detail on unbillable time. This platform helps us see what is keeping employees busy and therefore helps us increase productivity for those who are not as busy.

What do you like best about BigTime? The Big time people want to ensure our team understands and is able to use the platform. We were not abandoned as soon as we paid the invoice. It is clearly customizable and there have been very few times that I've struggled for answers.
