What do you like best about BigTime? Being able to run reports to see the WIP - regardless of whether employees remembered to submit their time or not. You get a real-time work in process invoice as a project moves along.

"Finally Bit The Bullet and Switched From Timeslips after 25+ Years"
What do you like best about BigTime? The User Platform better serves a variety of Billing Needs. While the template has Some limitations, No Where near the Limitations of Timeslips or other Programs I have used. The reports are Phenomenal and The Time Entry and Budget Tools are Bonus Tools as Well! As much as I am an Old Head that has a preference for a LIVE PERSON, BigTime's Chat Folks are Skilled, Personable, FRIENDLY and do not simply repeat a SCRIPT, they ACTUALLY SOLVE THE ISSUE.

What do you like best about BigTime? The time tracking functionality has the flexibility to track the hundreds of clients we work with every month. We're still working on implementing BigTime's project management and budget tracking functionality, but it sees to have a lot of the things that we would like from an admin/lead persepctive.
