Awesome
Just started using but very user friendly! Was having issues with time tracking and this is great! Also will be be easy to issue invoices and accept payment via credit card! Ben has been an awesome trainer!! Thank you!

What do you like best about BigTime? Ease of learning and using BigTime software, The White Glove Service and our amazing Customer Success Manager Marni! She has been wonderful in helping us setup and implement this software. She is so thorough in everything and only an email or phone call away to answer and/or help with any needs or questions!

What do you like best about BigTime? We have been a Big Time client for over 12 years, and can't say enough of their approach in handling whatever need arises. From 1:1 training, implementation with new features, to syncing issues into 3rd party companies. In my opinion, the 2 best partners to work with at BT, is Jeff (implementation) and Matt (Client Rep). They both are outstanding and their service is unmatched! We are a consulting firm, and BT allows us to manage budgets for each project ...
