"Saves you a lot of time!"

What do you like best about BigTime? As a user, it makes my life easier in terms of tracking my hours/tasks. It's also a great tool in scheduling and monitoring progress. Moreover, I could use it from a mobile device which makes it totally convenient. This is way better than the time tracking tool we used to have. It's easy to clean up since there's an option to clear blank rows. Overall, I like BigTime's interface - it's WELL INTEGRATED, straightforward, simple and clean.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? BigTime is so user friendly, it's intuitive and easy to find you way around. That said, they also have the best customer service - shout out to Ben Kinsel who is has been helping us from implementation to troubleshooting and trainings.

"BigTime Customer Service is Outstanding"

What do you like best about BigTime? BigTime is very user friendly but if you ever have any issues or just need training their customer service team is world class. Ben Kinsel is our CSM and is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He has really helped us to utilize BigTime to the fullest extent of the software.

BigTime is very user-friendly

BigTime is very user-friendly and intuitive, making it very easy to find your way around. We use it for Professional Services management - from scheduling, timekeeping, invoicing/billing and everything in between. BigTime has world class customer service - shout out to Ben Kinsel our CS Manager who continues to support us and provide trainings and further customization as we grow and change.

Big Time has been a great experience for us. We use it for timekeeping, project and resource management. The project profitability piece has been a huge help to our Company. We love that it integrates with our calendars and with QuickBooks.
