"thorough support when needed, but overall intuitive"

What do you like best about BigTime? It is very intuitive and user-friendly. It can link to Quickbooks which is very helpful. The reporting is also a nice feature. This allows us to report our realization, efficiency and profitability. After watching a tutorial video, we have a much better grasp on the overall website and its unique functions. The support team is readily available and there are plenty of sources in the knowledgebase.

So much to offer!

Overall there are a lot of beneficial aspects of this program. The one that we look forward using the most is the report generating aspect. This will allow us to view, manage, and maximize the efficiency of our employees and business. It will allow us to provide a better and more reliable product to our customers. We had the opportunity to work with Neil and it was a great experience. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the program.

Their Customer service always deserves 5 out of 5

I decided to obtain BigTime for time sheets, expenses reports and job costing. It does a good job at all that but the most important thing I can say is that they are always eager to provide support. The other day their representative stayed with me 1:15 beyond the end of the day to get me set so I could run payroll on time. That deserves a 5 out of 5. That's also the customer service I always get from BigTime.

"Very Intuitive"

What do you like best about BigTime? I like the ability to generate project-specific reports within a specific time slot. It doesn't overcomplicate things like Ajera used to, I felt like it was a lot of buttons that were misleading, so the simplification of Big Time works for what I need. I think the things I've been using BigTime have been pretty basic and therefore intuitive so I do appreciate that aspect of it.
