What do you like best about BigTime? Our agency has been using BigTime for close to 20 years. We use BigTime to track time, project future months, assess budget v. actual, and provide reports to our clients as back-up to monthly invoices. As our needs have changed, we needed updated reports. The BigTime spent time with our team via Zoom to create custom reports to meet our many reporting and tracking needs—something we could not have done without personal support from the. BT staff.
