BigTime has a great dashboard that…

BigTime has a great dashboard that enables me to see multiple jobs at once and see how our hours are tracking with our budgets. And it has a good hours / time tracking input format that is fairly simple and quick. It benefits our architecture office. Tyler G. helped us figure out some bulk commands that were a great time saver. Excellent and responsive customer support.

What do you like best about BigTime? What I love most about BigTime is how information is seamlessly connected. Employees enter time. Projects are created. Reports combine all of this information to report billable time, profitability, bill rates, etc.

The implementation was the best. Flexible billing

The implementation was the best I ever received. Patient, no nickle and diming on the implementation. Kevin was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and its use.
