What do you like best about BigTime? BigTime has been the best thing for our business. We are now able to bill much more quickly & efficiently than ever before. We are a small civil engineer firm (less than 35 employees) but we needed a innovative way to bill our clients. "Very professional and insightful software"
What do you like best about BigTime? I have found the interface intuitive, the company extremely supportive and I felt that they want you to succeed in your goals not simply sell you some software (outstanding on-boarding by Brannon Hollingsworth). I have found I was up-to-speed quickly and found their online resources excellent

What do you like best about BigTime? Custumomer success agent knew all the answers to my questions and was very detailed when assisting me. She established a relationship with me so that I can direct all future questions to her. She was determined to fix any problems I was having with the platform.

"BigTime - You can make it what you want it to be"
What do you like best about BigTime? We have been using the program for a while. You can start with some basics and then add more details as you go. We started with just tracking time. Started on the computer, then on my phone. All works smoothly. We added the expense tracking, which was a simple addition.

Organized tool
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Big Time is an organized tool with well design timesheets. You can include fields you need and you can customize it the way you want. The good thing is that one user can launch timers from anywhere within the app and then to fill in names and other details. You can enter names, billing codes and other information by using lightning-quick lookups.

What do you like best about BigTime? I'm very happy I was able to talk to Sam on the phone. He talked me through the issues that I was having with the report and I was also able to take notes as he went along so I would be able to duplicate the report at a later date.
