"Excellent Product, Great Service"

What do you like best about BigTime? Big Time has a large number of features that makes it perfect for our needs. I manage fifteen different contractors who work on their own schedules, so for them to enter their time remotely is easy and convenient. What do you like best about BigTime? Brea's webinars are clear, full of information and interesting. Brannon is very quick to supply answers asked in the webinar. I regularly attend Bigtime's webinars and each time I learn new uses and tips and information.

"Best Support Team Around"

What do you like best about BigTime? Big Time has a very easy user interface, and our employees are able to navigate through their system with ease. When we do have questions come up, their Support Team is fantastic. Everyone is quick to reply and is very willing to go above and beyond to help resolve issues in a timely manner.

What do you like best about BigTime? The added resource allocation and revenue projection feature has been a life saver. Now I can easily see which of my staffers are being over- or under-utilized and adjust hourly allocations accordingly. Wonderful customer service and wonderful product

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The software is easy to use and meets our needs. Their staff make sure that the program will suite our needs and that it will work for us. Whenever we had some issues they worked with us to make sure that the issues are fixed. They gave us some time for free usage because of the problems we had with the system.

"Reporting Webinar"

What do you like best about BigTime? The ability to see how BT trainers use the system. I have notated tips they use to maneuver and utilize functions I wasn't aware of. The ability to ask questions along the way is very helpful. Especially like to links that are emailed after each webinar!
