What do you like best about BigTime? For the price- there is a lot to like with this product, The interface is simple to understand, the program is stable, and in the event there is a problem, it is addressed and remedied very quickly. Also, the customization options, for reports specifically, are also fantastic.

What do you like best about BigTime? I like that I can connect with Quickbooks, but also do all of my invoicing and reporting directly from BigTime. It's user friendly and the support is always helpful and quick.

"BigTime is a LifeSaver!"
What do you like best about BigTime? The fact that you can have projects, tasks for each customer and keep track of time and billing all in one easy to use program. I also appreciate the ease of using the Live Chat feature when I need help! The response is immediate and keeps up a good pace (unlike other chat services who seem to be helping 10 other people while you sit there and wait for a reply).

"New to BigTime"
What do you like best about BigTime? The support staff has been quite helpful so far. I am rolling this out to my employees tomorrow and everyone is excited to get started! It seems to be quite user friendly so far. I like the ability to restrict user access so the majority of employees can just log time and expenses without being bogged down with additional options.
