What do you like best about BigTime? Once familiar with the software it is fairly easy to understand and use. If there is something you don't understand or not familiar with their support is great. They have always responded promptly and there is no hedging or pretending to know something they don't. They know their product.

"The BigTime workflow has greatly increased our productivity."
What do you like best about BigTime? The way BigTime collects all time entered by employees into the Work-In-Progress page helps us avoid missing any billable time. If an employee works on a project, the time is collected, and management knows to bill for it. No more guessing or relying on memory.

"Very User Friendly Program"
What do you like best about BigTime? So far the training, staff, customer service and knowledge base have been very helpful in the learning process. We are hoping to be able to use Big Time to easily track and bill our time. It is much more intuitive and easy to use than other similar products we've tried previously.
