"Very Helpful Customer service"
What do you like best about BigTime? Sylvia was wonderful, I had a LIST of questions and clarifications about items from our set up to options and she helped me work through each with options for resolution. We even were able to share a desktop for one portion where it was easier for her to show me directly how to fix my issue.

What do you like best about BigTime? I like that you have the ability to tailor the reports to your business. We are a small CPA firm and once you customize a report, you can save it and reduce time for inefficiency.
