"Really User Friendly with Lots of Functionality!"
What do you like best about BigTime? Every component is integrated well, making it very easy to use. Having an app makes it very easy for employees who travel often. They give great upfront information when deciding if the product is right for you and the implementation/support team is also very helpful. There are plenty of resources to use if you ever have any questions.

What do you like best about BigTime? Ease of use. And the reporting functions. We are getting much more transparency into our business. Being able to support users remotely is also a plus. The integration settings with QuickBooks Desktop are easy to follow.

"Easy & intuitive to use"
What do you like best about BigTime? The previous psa software we had was beyond laborious to use, whereas BigTime's UI is clean, well thought out, and much easier to navigate. Creating and sending invoices is a snap, creating reports is simple and my users are no longer calling incessantly because they cannot navigate the platform.

What do you like best about BigTime? What I like best is at any point I get stuck on some issue , and I can not figure out what to do BigTime staff always fixes, recommends or solves my issues. I typically ask for help once a week, and because they always aid in the my issues I have become very self-sufficient.

"BigTime customized report"
What do you like best about BigTime? Technical support has gotten back to me so fast every time I contact them. I am just getting used to using BigTime and I don't know all the ins and outs of the reports. My boss asked that I create a report that fits the data criteria she needed. I contacted support and the representative got back to me right away, we dicussed wha the report needed and they created the report within a few days that was exactly what I needed!
