"Some bugs, but they are being sorted out."
What do you like best about BigTime? The ability to have many different projects, connected to timesheets, expenses and invoices. The integration with QuickBooks is a good feature, but we do have some issues with uploading expense reports. Support staff are good, Leah G. and Tyler were both helpful today.

What do you like best about BigTime? I found the immediate Zoom session very helpful. Jake S. was on live chat and was able to immediately send a Zoom, see what my issues were, and assist in solving the problems.

What do you like best about BigTime? I like that there are a lot of ways to customize the data that is entered into it. I also like that there are a lot of features which help streamline businesses' daily needs.

Jake Stempel was knowledgeable, patient and had a soothing voice that exuded confidence in fixing my problem. He provided follow up instructions to aid in fixing the issue myself for next time. Very satisfied!
