"Customizing Reports / Invoicing"

What do you like best about BigTime? We were shown how to do some customization in reporting for staff realization, and new features with invoicing. Creating invoices that has a second page to print out the WIP details behind that invoice. Sync feature to Quick Books. The support email feature has a quick repose and I'm glad to see now they have added a new chat feature. "Great Onboarding process"

What do you like best about BigTime? Brannon Hollingsworth is our consultant and not only did the integration to use this product go fast, but the onboarding was perfect. the first one was learning the system and the second was my agenda. I found this so helpful to be able to ask all the questions that i need specifically for our company. Now when I look at the webinars I can know exactly what I should do and what I need to focus on.

What do you like best about BigTime? I like that it has many functions available for the administration and billing of time. The ability to customize projects tasks, and invoice formats are very good, another thing that I really liked is that the employees adapted to this software very quickly.

"Resource Allocation Made Easy"

What do you like best about BigTime? I like a lot of the flexibility to be able to set up Clients/Projects by Task/Phase with weekly or monthly options as well as Hourly or Flat Rate/Retainer based billing models. Allocations are easy to use, the Create Baseline functionality has been really helpful, especially if you need to conduct modeling prior to determining final allocations.
