"Great time tracking for multiple prjects"

What do you like best about BigTime? We are able to track multiple projects under multiple clients with ease. The integration with QuckBooks Online is simple to use and quick which makes invoicing process more efficient.

"BigTime Software On-boarding Review"

What do you like best about BigTime? We have been through the onboard 1 with Brannon Hollingsworth so far and he has been great at answering all of our questions, showing us all of the features of BigTime, and is incredibly responsive when we have questions. We were unable to get through everything in the first hour session so he scheduled a second 30 minutes session free of charge, which ended up being another hour since we had a lot of questions.

"BigHelp from BigTime Support!"

What do you like best about BigTime? I was having syncing issues. I initially contacted LiveChat and got it working again with Lina Z. The following week I was having the same issue. Lina Z. called and remotely fixed my problem!

What do you like best about BigTime? We are using BigTime to keep track of all of our projects and staff. As a growing firm opening new divisions and service lines BigTime is allowing us to ensure that we capture every chargeable hour.

"Really good application and great customer support"

What do you like best about BigTime? It is easy to use and powerful. It can do much more than what we need it for and yet it is reasonably priced. It is pretty user friendly, not a single complaint from our staff and so I think that I made the right choice.

"Powerful time tracking tool with a lot of features and custom capabilities."

What do you like best about BigTime? Big Time allows us the ability to create a variety of custom reports. By doing this, we'll be able to track our design time and resources in a range of ways. We can view the number of hours that designers spend on their projects. We can also track the types of activities that account managers and project managers request of us.

"Training"

What do you like best about BigTime? The staff really goes out of their way to help with questions. We upgraded to the new invoicing with Big Time. I was able to have a few sessions with Brannon Hollingworth. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions on how we are using this product. Not only in set up, but with helping creating the reports in a format that gave us the information we need.

"Making It BigTime"

What do you like best about BigTime? I like the easy-to-follow user interface for entering in my own man-hours under each project/task. I also like that there is a straightforward way to view staff availability via the Staff Utilization tool. The analytical and diagnostic tools are also a great addition to this web-based application.

"straightforward & easy to use"

What do you like best about BigTime? Bigtime has a simple interface unlike other programs that require too many keystrokes to accomplish one time entry. What do you dislike about BigTime?
