"BigTime working with Quickbooks"
What do you like best about BigTime? BigTime is the only application we have found that is capable of providing a friendly interface for staff to enter time and expenses, while also being sophisticated enough to post that information to Quickbooks and support our detailed rates, by person, by project.

What do you like best about BigTime? I personally enjoy the reporting options and visibility. The reports we create are clean and useful for all departments of the business. I have found myself very comfortable with this software and enjoy showing my team new features.

"A timesheet system that does what it needs and then gets out of the way."
What do you like best about BigTime? I tested 8 to 10 different timesheet systems before ultimately settling on BigTime. I was surprised at how much continuous user input most other systems demanded, which was far too granular and tedious for the needs of my organization. In my opinion, BigTime does the best job of tracking and reporting as granular or as broadly as your organization needs, without being tedious for employees to use.

From the Accounting Manager's standpoint, the QuickBooks integration was a huge advantage for our company, as we can generate anywhere from 150-200 individual invoices a month and sometimes at short notice. 90% of my employees have jobs offsite, and time loss has always been a concern when people are doing multiple services/projects per day and then try to recall what was done and for how long, sometimes later that day or even the following day. What do you like best about BigTime? Big Time is easy to use and intuitive. I've had a good experience dealing with the training staff. Brannon has been quick to reply to my e-mails and has done everything within his reach to ensure that the implementation goes well.

What do you like best about BigTime? I like the ability of this tool to create reports because in this way we can have a better time control and we can see the amount of hours used in each activity of each project, something very good because we avoid billing errors.

Simple and direct
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? When it comes to our employees, not all of them are on the same level of tech savvy. This is why I really appreciated how this tool's time entry process was so direct and simple. Because of its user-friendliness, it wasn't difficult to transition our employees from a traditional time tracking process to this digital one.
