"Intuitive use, great customer service"

What do you like best about BigTime? The user interface is very clean and very straightforward. Drop-down menus are concise, options are clearly explained, and everything is well organized. The customer service has been top-notch: their live-chat feature is very handy and I have received responses within a minute of asking a question (most recently received help from Lina Z. and the responses were exactly the solution I needed).

"BigTime Part One training."

What do you like best about BigTime? I enjoyed how Sam walked me through every part of the process and helped our office customize things to fit our needs. He answered all of my questions even when he wasn't to that part of the presentation yet. It also helps that these sessions are recorded so I can watch what is going on instead of having my head down writing notes.

"Demo matches the Product"

What do you like best about BigTime? Ease of use. Simple to load programs, after a template was created. We continue to improve the template and updates are reflected in new programs. Creating reports is like using MS Excel Pivot Tables - you can't hurt the data, just keep clicking until you get the report you want!

What do you like best about BigTime? I like how fast and easy it is to get help and answers. There is a chat option or you can email. The knowledge base function also shows you how to do each step. Slyvia was very helpful and thorough with step by step instructions on explaining the answer to me. There are also webinars that you can attend where they focus on one section of the program and show you step by step on how to navigate bigtime and what features you can use. What do you like best about BigTime? Our main driver was the need for better resource planning and improve our billing efficiency. The integration with QuickBooks goes a long way towards this.
