"Instant notifications on mobile app"
What do you like best about BigRadar? Usually live chat softwares doesn't have nice mobile apps and get very late notifications even if they have one. We were facing this problem from quite a long time and switched many tools...

What do you like best about BigRadar? I really like chat bot feature in BigRadar, no matter i am online or offline bot is always talking to my visitor and solving their quires.
