Bigpanda, a great platform to detect and solve critical problems.

What do you like best? One of the features that I like most about this software is that it allows to establish an automatic correlation of alerts related to high-level incidents. In addition, it has multiple collaboration tools through which you can share assign and track alerts. Easy software to implement.

What do you like best? The redemption tickets for all working teams saved at least 50% of our time when closing them. However, so many noise tickets tend to lose focus on the critical, great pandas helped concentrate on the critical warnings. What do you dislike? Intelligent correlation is one of the features I am looking for, rather than the rules for correlation. It would also be nice to integrate cloud watch with the SNS or SNP alternative. BigPanda Keeps Customers Happy

What do you like best? Working with account team to identify simplistic solutions to inefficient workflows. Even though some of our processes were incredibly clunky, BP quickly streamlined a lot of the basics! Now our teams are working much more in unison. What do you dislike? What do you like best? easy to use event consolidation feature and incident assignment What do you dislike? Got the bandwidth back !!!

What do you like best? Well start of, it saved atleast 40 to 50% of our time on closing redendent tickets across all operations team. And So many noise tickets tend to lose focus on the critical one, bigpanda helped to focus on the critical alerts that really requires attention. What do you dislike? Good stuff!

What do you like best? BigPanda is allowing us to shift out effort in a more productive manner. Rather than giving our engineers busy work to close incidents, we are now able to focus on solving issues, performing root cause, and track down methods to automate. What do you dislike? I dislike BigPanda's deduplicaiton method. Good product overall, but more user accessible APIs and configurations necessary

What do you like best? The UI is clean and intuitive, and the alert pipeline/correlation logic is well defined. The OOTB integrations are straightforward and easy to set up. The APIs that do exist seem to be well documented and are easy to consume. What do you dislike? Much of the configuration seems to be behind the scenes and not exposed to end users.
