What do you like best about Beyond? Beyond helped us the find the right pricing for the different seasons and consequently lead to higher occupation during lower month and maximum profit during high demand. What do you dislike about Beyond? 1. You can't add a suplemt for short stays 2. Rules that allow to ONLY leave 2 day gaps between one and another booking or at least 6-7 days. 3. What do you like best about Beyond? ADR is higher than it was previously, so it does what it says it is going to do. What do you dislike about Beyond? During off peak times, it prefers my proces go lower than what I am comfortable with. What problems is Beyond solving and how is that benefiting you? Increasing my rates during very high peak times.

What do you like best about Beyond? Once Beyond is set up, the algorithms and pricing adjustments happen seamlessly. What do you dislike about Beyond? It would be nice for Beyond to trigger some type of pricing suggestions for times when the STRs are not booked. What problems is Beyond solving and how is that benefiting you? Beyond sets daily rates for our 2 STRs. It also ensures that pricing is consistent across Airbnb and VRBO for our STRs.

What do you like best about Beyond? easy to use, good customer support/ service with the analysis we can receive for our portfolio What do you dislike about Beyond? A part from the pricing system, which i beleive is way too high, , we are very staistfied What problems is Beyond solving and how is that benefiting you? Without it it will be very difficult top set up prices that will change on a daily basis analysing different variable (events, sesonsality..)

What do you like best about Beyond? Beyond Pricing has fantastic customer service and a very intuitive software! What do you dislike about Beyond? I think it might be helpful if Beyond had an app to help me modify the prices on the go...but this is not a big concern of mine, just the first thing that came to mind when asked! What problems is Beyond solving and how is that benefiting you? Beyond greatly enhanced my ability to capture higher revenue on peak nights through out year.

I know staff retention is hard, but the handoff was not handled very well. What problems is Beyond solving and how is that benefiting you? We save a ton of time not having to watch market trends or analyze data.

I like that there is historical data and that Beyond considers the current market and future supply and demand in addition to tracking the daily rent from the previous year. What do you dislike about Beyond? It has been harder to cater to the market in Big Sky just because of the seasonal differences in rates.
