What do you like best about Betterworks? The best part is how likely you tend to complete your goal/objectives. You can have an organisational goal and a personal goal to accomplish (OKR) set on the dashboard for every quarter of the year. Pulse conversation one on one with the manager can also be set in betterworks.

What do you like best about Betterworks? The Customer Service Representatives are wonderful! They answer so quickly and always work to get you the best answer or multiple options ... Also, I find the program to be super user-friendly. Who doesn't love setting goals and then watching themselves accomplish them?
