What do you like best? I like the OKR method / tool, and was only introduced to it recently via BetterWorks. Pretty good and useful for managing OKRs

What do you like best? Betterworks is the first OKR management software that I've used, but I like it. It's simple, intuitive, and efficient. We use it to measure our whole team's OKRs and individual OKRs. It's great to have one source of objectives to track against in addition to the tactical stuff in Salesforce. What do you dislike? Finding the right balance between form and function for aligning organization-wide objectives

What do you like best? BetterWorks grows with the user. You can get productive using it in first 10 minutes, if you are just getting started. BetterWorks - Transforming Work

What do you like best? I love the transparency that BetterWorks brought to the organization. I also love the alignment feature. What do you dislike?
