Bento for Business has made our petty cash system run more efficiently. We can now see in real time how our managers are spending money, as well as address any issues with the card. If we lose a card, we can shut it down quickly and get a new one issued. We enjoy the Bento for Business system and appreciate the great service we get when we need it.

The ease of application

The ease of application, quick card delivery and immediate integration to quickbooks online are great.My only suggestion is to feed into the bank feed and not straight into the register with an uncategorized expense.

Bento is a fantastic service for our small business!

I really like Bento. It allows me to have a hassle-free gas card for employees. I love the easy-to-use dashboard and the categories that tell me where my employees are spending money. I can even choose which categories each card will work for- such as only gas purchases. Very convenient! Funds are simple to replenish- either automatically or manually. The manual option does require about 2 days for the funds to become available for the guys. I usually reload manually when the balance ...
