What do you like best? The ability to turn cards on and off thru the mobile app What do you dislike? There isn’t anything I dislike. If I had to make a suggestion it would be a function to request funding thru the app/site. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reconciling funds much more accurately and timely. Realized Benefits - time savings associated with reconciling.

Great Service, Great Site, Great Company

What do you like best? I can monitor my employees transactions daily. I can control their spending easily and make changes instantly. My employees dont need to lay out money and we never owe them. I can easily add funds to my account at any time. What do you dislike? That all the funds are pooled instead of being allocated to each card. Also, there is no way to add money to a monthly card limit w/o resetting the card's controlled limit. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Bento for business is super simple and easy to use.

What do you like best? The simplicity of it. It is very simple and efficient What do you dislike? I feel like purchases should be sent to my email, to keep a record. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is great for daily transactions and multiple employees What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has eliminated to hassle of keeping track of receipts and made life a bit simpler.

Great business tool

What do you like best? I really like that I can see what my employees are spending and where in real time. No need to write checks or use a credit card ; this is a real time saver for my guys while out in the field. What do you dislike? Honestly I do not have any dislikes at this time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My guys do not have to do as much driving, no printing of checks, and able to see who is spending what and where.

What do you like best? Bento has helped our growing company by both allowing more of our employees to spend and helping us as leadership to control spending. Providing debit accounts to employees is a great way to regulate our expenditures and keep us from unnecessary debt. What do you like best? The phone application makes the aspects of tracking and managing company expenses and spending super simple and quick. Being able to have this capability with me wherever has been a tremendous help. Functional business debit card - good for small/medium business

What do you like best? Transaction view and online/mobile tools are very helpful. What do you dislike? Timing of the funding - the fact that the funds come in at 12noon during the middle of the day rather than at midnight ready for next day. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I loved the fact that it would automatically connect to my Quickbooks and I could easily access the charges online if needed. I had the date and time of the charge and there was never any questions. What do you dislike? The statements that were brought over from Bento to Business to Quickbooks was not as accurate as I would like. It documented it all as gas. But all I had to do was log into Bento and look at the statement, I was able to clear it up ...
