Super simple, a breeze to use

What do you like best? The app is pretty intuitive, not a lot of instruction needed to keep all your records organized What do you dislike? The way the pictures are cropped when photographing the receipts, I have to go back and adjust to capture all the info and I'd prefer it the other way around. What do you like best? Bento is so convenient and easy to use. We have had great success using it anywhere our other cards would be accepted. What do you dislike? We haven’t had any issues using our bento card. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don’t have to wait for reimbursement. Saves time.

Easiest way to provide employees with credit cards.

What do you like best? Super easy to do, with a simple transfer. I was able to establish different spending limits by department. Expense reports are accessible online and we can track fraud by looking at transactions online. Being able to stop suspicious activity immediately if needed. What do you dislike? Great for control and expense reporting

What do you like best? I love that the cardholders have virtually instant access to their charges to select account codes, write a description and upload a receipt without anything from me. They love not having to wait for a spreadsheet I would typically give them after month close. Bento makes it easy to export to our accounting system. What do you like best? I like the fact that Bento for Business allows me to easily manage and monitor individual business expenses as they relate to different facets of my business operations. Works great!

What do you like best? How easy it is and how secure it is compared to other cards. What do you dislike? That you have to wait for an international "ok" to make foreign transactions. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is a great way to have others pay for necessary supplies using company funds. What problems are you solving with the product? Terrible company

These people are out and out liars. Read the response to my post. I have yet to have a support person contact me about any missing documents, and have submitted every document they asked of me. It's funny... they respond to negative feedback, but they would not contact me directly to rectify the situation. That is very telling. Terrible company. Horrible Customer Service! What do you like best? Employees of our organization are located across the globe. Bento has simplified our payment system thru one simple online platform.
